Room was clean, only that that i didn't like was the position of the toilet. Couldn't sit straight and made it uncomfortable to use. Ocean view was amazing, I loved it! As far as pool, they are all beautiful but not well maintained. They looked dirty, the water looked green! It had lots of missing tiles. The swim out pool lounge chairs smelled like mildew and the mildew was visible. All staff members were very attentive and friendly! Luis Martinez and Adrian Rojas had great customer service

From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!
